By Benedict WeeLayar; the awesome augmented reality application which superimposes information onto live views of a location is now available on the iTunes App Store for free. The interface been improved since it made its debut on Android and you can now overlay all kinds of data from information sources like Wikipedia, to social networking sites like twitter.
It's a tad unfortunate that you'll need the iPhone 3GS to fully utilize the application as the older models do not come with digital compasses.
